Health Screenings

The health screening for all 6^th graders will take place on Monday, November 4th. All 6th grade students will be screened for vision, hearing, height & weight, and scoliosis.  

These screenings do not replace your child’s need for regular health care and check ups. If you do not want your child to participate in screening, please send in a written request for exclusion to the front office at least one week before the screening date.
